I love these games. I’ve replayed both Sword and Shield multiple times and put hundreds of hours into them. They’re just fun Pokémon games. If you like Pokémon for the battles, you’ll like this game. If you think Pokémon needs a deep story, maybe not. Personally I feel like the story has never been that important, at least for me. I care way more about the journey, the battling, the training, and the collecting, and I love these games.

A great fighting game for fans of the show. I recommend this one over the first because it improves a lot on the first game and adds a ton of new features and characters.

The best Mario Kart in the series hands down.

I think the graphics could be a bit better and the story could be deeper, but overall, this game is super fun for me as a Pokémon fan. I’ve replayed it multiple times and always have fun. I also love that they did DLC instead of a third full priced game. I think that’s the right direction and I hope GameFreak uses these as a starting off point for new Pokémon games and go further with the graphics and story from here on out. I definitely recommend this for anyone who likes Pokémon.

Such a fun, relaxing, engaging, endearing game. I’ve spent hundreds of hours developing my island, building relationships with my villagers, crafting, fishing, bug catching, touring other people’s islands, villager hunting, and much more. I feel genuine affection for my villagers so even if I stop playing for a period of time, I always want to come back to check on them and see all the new content that Nintendo keeps adding. This is my first Animal Crossing game and I didn’t think I would like it but I ended up absolutely LOVING it.

Fantastic game. Super fun gameplay, engaging story, characters I deeply care about, combat that is fun, exciting, rewarding, challenging, and never gets old. This game has a ton of replayability as well because of the three houses and all the characters you can recruit. I definitely recommend this for all Fire Emblem fans, but also JRPG fans, fans of turn based combat, and just RPG fans in general.

One of the greatest games of all time, and my favorite Zelda game to date.
